Track work with V200.1

On September 8, 2007 the tracks between Ravensburg and Meckenbeuren are going to be refurbished. Two engines of former DB class 200.1 were at the site.

V 270.06 of EWB Cargo works with the 3rd section of total 4 work trains.

The V270 locos have been completely rebuild. V270.06 has two Deutz engines now.

The engine is called "Lady".

The second section is moved by V150.11 and V150.16.

The old rails are collected by their train.

The first section lays new rail and ties.

Engine V300.10 rolls in front of this train.

At Oberzell station idles V270.07. She is equipped with two MTU engines.

Her train is separated to keep the crossing free.

In the background you can see the midiaeval tower of Ravensburg. 225 059-5 and another 225 are storming through with an empty trailer train.
